PRE-HEAT CHALLENGE:  S'mores in teams.  Create radical s'mores desserts.  Select Unique chocolate:  Ruby Chocolate, Yuzu, Matcha, & Passion Fruit.  MARSHMALLOW FLAVORS: Strawberry, Coconut, Raspberry, or Coffee in 90 minutes.  Kyle picked all the teams:  Kyle & John, Zoe & Carlos, and Alyssa & Yohann.

PRE-HEAT CHALLENGE:  Make a traditional summer dessert that makes Fruit the star, one of the three C's of summer baking:  Cobbler, Crumble, & French Classic - Clafoutis in 90 minutes

- Clafoutis is fresh fruit baked in a custard.

PRE-HEAT CHALLENGE:  Capture the coastal vibe by serving up Beach Drink Trifles.  Randomly choose a popular drink & served it in a sand bucket in 90 minutes.

PREHEAT CHALLENGE:  Father's Day.

- Create a grill pan dessert using for one component of the dessert.  Bonus Points:  if the grill marks show in 90 minutes.

MAIN HEAT CHALLENGE:  Pride Month.

- Create a Rainbow Dessert.  Rainbow bot on the inside & outside of the dessert in 2 hours.

ZOE'S ADVANTAGE:  Only one can make a cake.

TWIST:  Add Rainbow Colored Cereal to the dessert.

- Create a Barbie pink Dessert featuring an assigned pink ingredient in 90 minutes.

- Make a delicious cake, but make it looks like a toy cake. with an assigned neon color in 2 hours.

Anrika's Advantage is choosing the Twist Ingredient for them between Pink Peppercorn or Pink Strawbery Milk.  She picked the Milk.

FINAL PRE-HEAT CHALLENGE:  Amusement Park.

- Make 3 different amazing Amusement Park desserts:  One Fried Treat, One Baked Treat, and One Treat that features popcorn.  Also, a dipping Sauce.  Presented on a Ferris Wheel.

           WINNER:  Zoe - won an Advantage.

LAST MAIN HEAT CHALLENGE:  4th of July Parade.

- Create a 4th July Parade Float Cake, must be at least 2 tiers, also, must roll, and have sparklers in 5 hours.
